For a special night out, head to Highland Ranch’s newest restaurant, Fujiyama. Fujiyama celebrated their Grand Opening in mid May. “We are a family style sushi and hibachi restaurant,” says manager, Al Lui. “Customers can expect fresh food in a fun environment.”
What could be more fun than taking the entire family out for this Japanese specialty where the food is frilled right before your eyes! “Kids, especially, love hibachi. The chefs are very entertaining,” Al says. Half of Fujiyama is a dedicated Hibachi dining with eight grills. There are also two private hibachi rooms perfect for birthdays, graduations, holiday get-togethers, or a company outing.
Hibachi dinners include Japanese onion soup, salad, vegetables, noodles and steamed rice along with your entree. These range from chicken to seafood choices or filet mignon or the combination dinner options.
If sushi and sashimi suits your palate, again Fujiyama is one of the best choices you can make. Fresh fish arrives daily and is always made to order by master level chefs. One of the most populate menu items is the Fuji Special Roll featuring shrimp, crab, ell tempura, lettuce, cucumber and the chefs spicy sauce weapped in the restaurant’s unique soy bean paper. For those customers with dietary restrictions, Fujiyama is proud to serve a number of low carb sushi rolls that come without rice and are wrapped in cucumber.
All of us at Fujiyama strive for perfection to make your meal experience an unforgettable one. We look forward to serving you at Fujiyama.
